Instructions:
1. Prepare the Garlic Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

For Dill Potatoes:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Dill Potatoes:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cubed potatoes until they are fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh dill.
